January went by pretty much in a flash. What happened? I signed up for a couple races and then bailed on the only one that's come up so far. I had a scare with some knee pain. Thankfully that went away and now I'm dealing with some hamstring and low back pain. It took me most of the month, but I finally feel like I'm getting into something of a rhythm with my running. And with the LA Marathon in less than 7 weeks, it really better be!
